A strategy is the container for everything in Unity: the hubs you add, the cards the agent drafts, the roadmap, the decisions. You’ll usually have one strategy per initiative, product or bet.
1

Press New strategy

On the Home page, press New strategy. Give it a short title people will recognise later — “Freemium launch”, not “Strategy 3”.
2

Pick your starting hubs

Every strategy opens on its own home. Press Add hub and choose the hubs you need. Most people start with:
  • Strategy — vision, personas, OKRs, the thinking
  • Roadmap — timeline plus Now / Next / Later
  • Decisions — the questions and assumptions behind the plan
You can add more later. See How hubs work.
3

Give the agent some context

Open the assistant panel and describe what you’re trying to do in a few sentences. The more it knows about the market, the customer and the constraint, the better the first drafts are. Everything you tell it stays attached to this strategy.
4

Generate your first cards

In the Strategy hub, press Create card and pick a type — Vision, Problem statement, Personas. The agent drafts it from your context. Edit anything, keep what’s good, delete what isn’t.See Generate your first blueprint.

What happens next

Your strategy starts as a Draft. As the work matures you move it through Discovery, Piloting and Scaling to Production. Status shows on the Home page and drives the Portfolio view. See Lifecycle & status.
Don’t over-plan the first one. Create it, add two hubs, generate three cards, then react to what the agent gives you. That loop is the whole product.
