Portfolio: views & filters - Unity Platform Help

Portfolio is the view across strategies. Open it from the top bar.

The five views

View	What it shows
Overview	Counts, totals and a breakdown by status.
Cluster map	Strategies plotted by similarity. Related work sits together, even across teams.
Grid	Every strategy as a card, with owner and status.
Value	Investment against value target, so you can see where the money is.
Gantt	Strategies on a timeline by their start and target dates.

Filters

Filters apply to all five views at once. Filter by status, owner, intent, teams, markets, partners, technology, timeline, investment and value. Search matches titles and descriptions. By default Portfolio shows everything except Killed and Archived. Change the status filter to see them.

What’s included

Portfolio shows the strategies you can see under Sharing & permissions. Drafts included. Strategies in Junk are excluded.

Making the map useful

The cluster map reads each strategy’s title and description. A one-line description places it much better than none.
