Three sharing modes
Every strategy is in one of three modes. Change it from the strategy’s share menu.Viewer vs editor
- Viewers can read everything in the strategy that isn’t hidden from viewers.
- Editors can add and change hubs, cards and items.
- The owner can change sharing and delete the strategy.
Per-hub overrides
You can tighten sharing on a single hub without changing the whole strategy:- Hide from viewers — editors see it, viewers don’t. Useful for a Decisions hub while options are still raw.
- Per-person rights — give one or two people edit rights on a hub inside a strategy they otherwise only view.
